M25 Business Centre started with Paul’s vision to create a working environment, which he would be proud to work in. His hands on approach to absolutely everything M25 means he’s involved with all parts of the business – from sales and marketing to customer management, from operations to finance. Paul’s a proactive and approachable MD who has solved our clients problems before they even know they exist!
Iain works behind the scenes and basically runs the show. With 20 years working within the management company his wealth of experience keeps the M25 money machine ticking over. He deals with all things financial and keeps the cogs turning. He works closely with Paul to make sure the needs of clients and contractors are met and keeps the rest of us in line!
Head of Facilities and Projects
Ronnie is our H.O.E – Head of everything! He oversees all of our M25 buildings and is our go-to man ensuring that our client’s requirements are always met. From managing the buildings, overseeing all of our principal projects, training up our centre managers, ensuring compliance standards are met and scouting out potential new buildings, he’s an invaluable asset to the M25 team.
Centre Manager, Waltham Abbey
Kristal manages the day-to-day operations at Waltham Abbey, she started on reception just over a year ago and has worked her way up through the company. An invaluable support to Paul and always ready to greet clients with a smile Kristal’s role covers everything from general admin to drawing up contracts, sending out invoices to setting up rooms for new clients – anything she doesn’t know about the building, isn’t worth knowing.
Receptionist, Waltham Abbey
Rhiannon joined the M25 team in February 2015 and currently works at our Waltham Abbey centre as Kristal’s right hand woman. You will find her manning the reception and handling a whole host of client’s needs, Rhi is always on hand if a problem needs solving. She’s a Centre Manager in the making – watch this space!
Centre Manager, Trinity Square
Our newest addition to the team Kerrie joined us in May 2015 from one of the top serviced offices providers based in Central London. Her wealth of experience combined with her contagious enthusiasm means she has quickly become an instrumental part of the team.
